Reality Test: Retired Navy SEAL Judges War Movies

Retired Navy SEAL Jocko Willink is well-known for his podcasts and books focusing on leadership and discipline.

During his 20 years in the military, Willink served in multiple deployments to Asia, Middle East and Europe.

Post-military life the Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt also has a gym in San Diego plus a consulting company.

In the above video he breaks down combat scenes from a bunch of well-known war movies; among them American Sniper, Zero Dark Thirty, Captain Phillips, Navy SEALS, Act of Valor and Lone Survivor.

As part of that Willink describes when he was in Iraq he was in the same task unit (two SEAL platoons combined together) as late sniper Chris Kyle whose bestselling autobiography American Sniper was made into a film by Clint Eastwood.
