When Billy says the word “Shazam,” he transforms into an adult superhero, portrayed by Zachary Levi. However, despite his newfound abilities, Billy remains an ordinary teenager at heart, struggling with the responsibilities that come with his extraordinary powers.
One of the movie’s strengths lies in its exploration of the themes of family and identity. Billy, an orphan searching for his biological mother, is placed in a foster home, where he forms deep connections with his foster siblings.
