The underwater sights and locations in One Breath Around the World are near unbelievable, as are the skills of professional freediver Guillaume Nery.
The Frenchman simply looks like he is flying, not swimming. Water is his element.
It’s such an immersive experience you’re justified at times in thinking they’ve used computer graphics to create these scenes, but they haven’t; such as when Nery glides past huge sperm whales, some of whom are sleeping.

Nery can hold his breath for more than seven minutes and dive more than 126 meters. He made One Breath Around the World with his wife who is also a free diver.
Making the 12-minute film took 30 days of videoing. The film’s underwater locations are situated off the coasts of Mauritius, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, French Polynesia, Finland and Nice.
So, take a deep breath and make sure you watch it above.
