Robert Downey Jr. Explains How Kung Fu Guides His Life

Joe Rogan is an awesome interviewer, so if you’re a movie fan this hour-long plus chat he has with Robert Downey Jr. is full of insight.

In the above video the Iron Man star describes the process of working on Marvel movies while offering other tit-bits of interest; i.e how he respects Chris Evans both as a person and as an actor.

As per Rogan’s style their meandering chat isn’t like a junket interview, instead it’s very down to earth.

So, press the top left play button on the above feature image to watch the video.

Below is the full version that offers further little gems on who Downey is — i.e. he’s a black belt in the Kung Fu style called Wing Chun which he says has been an integral part of his life for the past 15 years.

The actor also has a farm where he and his family care for rescued animals — no wonder his latest role is Dr Doolittle (not his best by the way).

The biggest takeaway from his chat with Rogan is that Downey is a smart, incredibly articulate, yet humble. Summed up he’s an all-around good guy.
