Kevin Costner shares some moments he had with Sean Connery during the filming of The Untouchables in the above interview.
One of the stories features Connery making sure he wasn’t being financially ripped off for his work in the 1987 gangster film directed by Brian De Palma.
“He was upset during Untouchables,” Costner said in the above 2018 interview.
“He was upset because somebody had treated him wrong in production and it was going to cost him money, and money was important to him and how it worked and that kind of thing,” he said.

Costner said the Scotsman was the real deal and an honest guy.
Connery would later get the Academy Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for playing the tough Irish cop Jimmy Malone in the film.
In what was one of his earliest movie successes, Costner played prohibition agent Eliot Ness who was tasked with taking down gangster boss Al Capone played by Robert De Niro.
In his interview, Costner also talks about another movie legend Burt Lancaster who he worked with in the mystical baseball movie Field of Dreams.
